How it works

The main mode of Ring Fit Adventure is a story-based adventure where you explore the world and fight enemies to save a magical ring that talks to you. As you progress, you unlock new challenges and difficulty levels to improve your battle success.

You can unlock each exercise at the beginning of a new level. As you complete each workout, you will earn experience. Use your character’s enchanted power to change colors in battle. This increases strength and makes the character more difficult for opponents to defeat.

How it works

The Leg Strap included with the cartridge and the Ring-Con are required to play. The Leg Strap and Ring-Con are worn around your arms to track your movements when you run, jog or do other exercises.


You can choose your own level of difficulty and customize your workouts by selecting which muscles you want to target. You'll find workouts for everything from your legs to your chest.

These exercises range from squats or lunge turns to overhead presses or hinge poses. You'll find exercises that are focused on specific muscle groups like the quadriceps and pectoralis.
