Paddle ball (or "Padel") is a game between two teams that takes place on a court that is both a Ping-Pong and tennis court. You can play indoors and outdoors. The game is regulated by the USA Pickleball Association and is becoming popular in Europe and Asia. Over 3,000 courts exist worldwide and there are players from all walks of the game.

To play, players must wear light-colored clothing. A safety thong must be worn around the wrist. The thong must be secured to the paddle's handle. The paddle cannot be switched between the player's hand and his body. When striking a ball, the player should use both hands.

The game can be played up to 11 or 15 point. The serving side can score a point only if it serves an ace or wins a rally. Points can be lost if a teammate hits the ball and doesn't return it. The ball will be replayed if it is struck by a foreign object. In some cases, the referee will stop the play.

A player cannot allow the ball to touch his body during a rally. A player striking the ball with a texture paddle must not attempt to push or block their opponent's shot. Alternatively, the player can use his arm to push the opponent, but it must be a legal hit.
